GENERAL INFORMATION

It is against the law to transport drugs, smoke, transport any sharp objects, guns/firearms, explosives, flammable materials, disabling chemicals & other dangerous items in a motor coach. Carrier will be responsible only for transportation on its own lines in accordance with tariff regulations, limitations, and assumes no responsibility for any acts or omissions within or out of the U.S.

BAGGAGE INFORMATION

  • Government Regulations and Carrier’s Tariff require that all baggage must be properly identified with baggage I.D.

  • Please print name and address in case of lost baggage. Courtesy I.D. Tags are available at all Ticket Windows and Baggage Counters.

  • Additionally, the passenger’s name address must be on the inside of all baggage.

  • The carrier is not responsible for baggage detained by U.S or Mexican Customs. Nor will assume any liability for lost, damaged, broken, and/or deterioration of any transported articles.

  • Carry-on baggage must be small enough to fit in the overhead compartment.

  • Carry-on baggage is not allowed on seats or under the seat nor blocking the passageway in case of an emergency.

  • Passengers are responsible for taking care and moving their own luggage from and to the bus at customs/border.

  • It is highly recommended to travel with luggage that contain wheels to make traveling easier.

  • It is highly recommended to travel lighter and simpler.

  • Excess luggage will be admitted when the capacity of the bus allows it, subject to space availability and its acceptance is not always guaranteed.

  • Transportation of pets is NOT ALLOWED.

TICKET CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULE INFORMATION

  • All tickets are valid for 3 months open date, only if the passenger calls 3 hours prior to the departure time and pays the fee of $20.00 dollars per ticket.

  • If the passenger fails to travel before the 3 months the ticket will be considered void.

  • The passenger will be considered a “no show”, if the passenger fails to arrive 10 minutes prior to departure time, the ticket will be considered VOID.

  • All tickets are non-exchangeable ticket and non-refundable ticket.

GENERAL TICKET INFORMATION

  • The company is not responsible for any lost ticket, if passenger loses the ticket the passenger is liable for a new ticket with an additional cost.

  • There will be no refunds due to loss travel ticket.

  • Passenger must present original ticket when boarding the bus.

  • Ticket presented by any person other than the name printed will be considered null and void and will be confiscated.

  • Passenger will only be allowed to board and get off the bus according to ticket information.

  • Ticket prices are subject to change without notice.

  • If prices decrease or increase after purchase, we will not change or refund the difference in price.

  • All Passengers boarding the bus including newborns and minors must pay for their ticket.

  • Discount and promotions cannot be accumulated of combined.

TRAVEL POLICIES

  • Smoking is prohibited on buses as well as drinking alcohol.

  • All passengers must remain seated unless indicated by the bus driver.

  • IRON HORSE CHARTERS LLC is not responsible for related expenses due to bus service delays caused by weather, breakdowns, road conditions or other conditions beyond the control of the carrier.

  • Passengers under 18 years of age are NOT ALLOWED to travel alone.

  • Passengers are advised to keep minors seated and away from the pathway.

  • Passengers are advised to always supervise minors.

IRON HORSE CHARTERS LLC has the right to deny service to passengers if:

  • Passenger refuses to comply with IRON HORSE CHARTERS LLC rules and regulations.

  • Passenger acts in a disorderly or violently manner.

  • Passenger is not fully clothed or partially naked.

  • Passenger under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol.

  • Passenger obstructs the duties of the driver.

  • Passenger’s behavior is threatening to themselves and other passengers.
